Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy

Shipping Information

We deliver all orders using door-to-door courier or Pudo locker-to-locker services. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on product weight and delivery location.

Shipping timeframes:

  • Durban area: 1–2 working days
  • Major cities: 3–4 working days
  • Outlying towns: 5–7 working days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and order size. If a product has a special lead time (e.g. made-to-order), it will be stated on the product page.


Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order or product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we’ll gladly assist.

If the item is defective, damaged, or faulty:

  • We will cover the cost of collection and inspect the product
  • If the fault is confirmed and within the warranty period, you can choose between a repair, replacement, or full refund, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act

If you simply change your mind:

  • Returns are allowed within 7 calendar days of delivery (as per the CPA’s “cooling-off” period for online purchases)
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
  • Return shipping is at your own cost
  • Once we’ve received and inspected the item, a refund will be issued (less shipping, if applicable)

Exclusions: We cannot accept returns on used, custom-made, or clearance items unless they are defective.


Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used at checkout (e.g. credit card, EFT, etc.).

Please note:

  • Credit card refunds may take up to 7 working days to reflect
  • Refunds will only be issued once returned items have been received and inspected

Warranty Information

Most of our products are built to last — but if something breaks under normal use during the warranty period of 6 months, we will repair, replace, or refund as needed. Warranty coverage varies slightly by product and is noted on each item’s product page.
