SHIPPING, RETURNS & REFUNDS
We send all orders using door-to-door courier delivery, and we charge depending on the weight of the product. The price will be given to you in the checkout point.
Our warehouse is based in Durban, so orders within Durban will deliver within two working days. Other major centers will be 3 - 4 working days. Outlying towns and regional areas can take up to 7 working days.
Please contact us to arrange a return. If the item has broken within the warranty period, then we will arrange the courier to come and collect so that we can check the issue and then send a replacement or issue a refund.
If you decide that you no longer want the item, then please note that we can only issue a refund if the packaging is unopened and the item is unused. In this instance, please understand that we will ask for you to cover the cost of the courier back to us. We will issue a refund once we have received the item and assessed its condition.
- When issuing a refund, we will process the return back to you using the same payment method which was used for the order. Please note that refunds to credit cards can take seven days to reflect in your account.
