Honey Frosting

 

This frosting is delightful on any kind of cake! Try with on a Carrot Cake, Lemon Chiffon, or your favourite bake. 

Ingredients:

1/4 Cup Very Cold Full-Fat Sour Cream (you can substitute cream cheese as well)

Blend all ingredients together with an electric mixer. Pop into the fridge to let set up and then frost your room temp or chilled cake.
